| Long Term Goals and Objectives |
| The following are our long term goals to develop children through G.V. NAIDU CHARITABLE TRUST: |

| » Development of Trust funds through regular fund raising and investment in low risk bank deposits to finance scholarships and on going utility and maintenance expenses. |
|
| » Provide scholarships to needy and meritorious students to pursue college education for those who attended G.V.Naidu Elementary School for at least four years. |
|
| » Establish scholarships and endowed professorships in institutions of higher education to promote research and innovation. |
|
| » Provide health care assistance to the poor and needy in the village. |
|
| » Promote music, drama, dance and other fine arts by providing opportunities to the students for development. |
|
| » Recognize teachers annually for their commitment and undertaking activities beyond their line of duty to motivate students to excel in their performance. Offer teacher training during summer to passion their newly acquired knowledge to the students. |
|
| » Invite role models to address the students and faculty of current topics and developments. |
|
| » Enhance computer skills and undertake educational tours to software developers and outsourcing institutions. |
|
| » Promote and recognize students for higher achievements in communication (oral and written), creativity, and leadership. |
|
| » Undertake at least five of the above activities every year beyond 2010 and every activity at least once during a span of five years |

| Main Objectives of the Trust
|
| • Assist in modernization of physical facilities such as class rooms, library, infrastructure, computers and distance education. |
|
| • Promote the importance of discipline, nutrition, wellness and civic sense, social responsibility and ethical behavior, encourage physical fitness through sports and games. |
|
| • Provide opportunities to learn English, higher level of math and sciences for aspiring students |
|
| • Encourage annual excursion to a historical place offering reasonable subsidy to deserving students based on need and merit. |
|
| • Encourage competition through recognition of high achievers in education, sports and games. |
|
|
| • Offer micro credit to at least once female in the village of Kothapalli to help them achieve economic independence |
|
| • Promote the knowledge of semi-skilled jobs such as painting, tailoring, and woodwork to students and adults in the village. |
|
| • Offer opportunities for adult education using TCL software and/ or other methods. |
|
| • Promote endowments to institutions of higher learning to promote scholarship and higher achievements in sciences, leadership and sports. |
|
| • Authorize the Executive Board of the Trust to support an adhoc activity or fulfillment of a need such as emergency relief to the residents of Kothapalli and neighboring villages. |
|
| Ensure that at least five of the objectives are achieved every year and every objective at least once during the stated five year period. |
